What are your hours?
Express Business Center is open Monday through Friday 8:30am to 5pm and Saturday 9am to 2pm.
Do you carry license plates?
We do carry license plates for title transfers at our store location at 6034 Hamilton Blvd. Allentown, PA 18106.
Do you offer mobile notary services?
We can travel to your business and residence to complete notarizations for a variety of different documents.
For traveling notary completion:
- Please supply us with the type of document that you are having notarized.
- The person signing the document must be present with a valid government ID that matches the name within the document. If needed, witnesses must be present and must produce a valid ID in person. Our fee for traveling notary is $100.00 plus $5.00 per notary stamp.

What are the costs for notary and title transfers?
Our fee for notary services is $5 per notary stamp. Title transfer with a new license plate is $120. Title transfer with transfer of license plate is $100. For more details visit our Notary page.
Do you take Amazon's QR code for shipping?
We are currently unable to accept the Amazon QR code, however we can still process your return package. We recommend using the print label option located under the “2 Other Options” link on Amazon. If you do not have a printer, you can “forward return label to a friend to print.” Email the label to firstname.lastname@example.org and our staff will print the label when you arrive to drop off your package. There is a minimal fee of $1.00 to print the label, and if your box needs to be taped up, we can do that that for $1.00 as well. We also have padded envelopes and boxes if you need help with your shipment.
If you already submitted a return using the QR code, log into your Amazon account, view return status, then cancel the return. Go back and request the return with a UPS label. Either print or email us the label. Tape the label to your box or bring it in and we will put the label in a carrier sleeve that adheres to the box.
We accept pre-paid shipping packages for UPS, Fed Ex, USPS, and DHL.
